When will my order ship?

In-Stock Products: Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days from our Cedar Hill, Texas office via USPS. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

Event-Specific Products: Event orders are made on demand. Expect 3–5 weeks for production and shipment, whether purchased online or at an event.
How are shipping charges determined?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically using real-time USPS rates based on the shipping method you select.
Note: Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Tax-Exempt Orders
If you are tax-exempt, email us your tax-exempt form. Once approved, your account will be updated to reflect tax-exempt status.
